Access to this website is granted, subject to the following terms and conditions.

1. The portal must not be used for offensive or degrading content. Such content includes but is not limited to: pornography (including sexually explicit text or indecent photographs), violence, racism etc.

2. You will not upload copyrighted material. You indemnify RevilloC Developments and its affiliates, agents and franchisees against legal disputes and you will pay the costs involved with such disputes.

3. All adverts are subject to moderation. Some adverts will appear automatically, whilst others will be queued for review. (Queued adverts are the free adverts). Any advertisements with offensive or degrading content or using copyrighted material (in our opinion) will be removed. No refunds will be granted for deleted adverts.

4. By using our website, you consent to the collection of data required for completing the transaction. You can view our privacy policy here.

5. We do not operate an escrow service. Items bought through our classified adverts are a contract between you and the seller. No contract has been made between you and us. You are advised to view the item being sold and to do your own research about the item before parting with any money.

6. We reserve the right to refuse service.

7. The sitename, logo, design and look and feel of the site are trademarks of RevilloC Developments Ltd. These shall not be used without written permission of RevilloC Developments Ltd.

8. All trademarks of companies seen on this site are recognised.
